Preparation of detailed component drawings

Preparation of detailed component drawings and checking with customer’s approved drawing to ensure conformity.


Inspection Of Raw Materials

Visual and dimensional inspection of all incoming raw materials along with ultrasonic testing & analysis of physical/chemical properties ensuring conformity to required specifications.


In-Process Component Inspection

Inspection of all machined components which includes checking of dimensional tolerances, surface finish, straightness, roundness, concentricity, plating thickness, etc. in two stages to ensure conformity with the component drawing.


  • In-process inspection while components are under machining;
  • Final inspection of components as per respective drawings, after all the machining operations have been completed and prior to assembly

Assembled Product Inspection

After assembly, the finished product is dimensionally inspected to ensure conformity with the customer’s approved drawing. Dye Penetrant Test (DPT) is carried out to check all the welded joints for any surface defects.


Pressure Testing

The assembled Hydraulic Cylinders are pressure tested on our Hydraulic Test Bench at 1.5 times the working pressure under static and dynamic conditions to check for any internal / external leakages, smoothness of operation and structural stability.


Painting, Packing & Dispatch

The oil ports are plugged and the product is degreased before being painted.
