We regularly supply Mill Duty Hydraulic Cylinders for various applications in Cold Rolling Mills, Hot Strip Mills, Slab Casters, Electric Arc Furnaces, Ladle Refining Furnaces, VDs/VODs, Submerged Arc Furnaces, Spiral Pipe Plants, Billet Shear, Pushers, DI Pipe Plants, etc. Our Furnace Duty Hydraulic Cylinders are supplied to reputed Electric Furnace manufacturers for functions such as Ladle Tilting, Roof Lifting, Roof Slewing, Electrode Regulation (Column Regulation), Electrode De-clamping, etc. These hydraulic cylinders can be designed with high temperature sealing systems and for use with fire resistant hydraulic fluids as required by the Buyer.
Over the years we have specialised in the design and manufacture of sophisticated Hydraulic Hoists for operating Sluice/Intake/Emergency Gates in Dams and have successfully executed several projects on turnkey basis. We supply complete electro-hydraulic systems comprising of the Hydraulic Hoisting Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Pack and Electrical Control Panels for hydro-power and irrigation projects for the operation of Vertical and Radial Dam Gates. In many of these projects, our drawings and designs were approved by Central Water Commission and Central Electricity Authority in accordance with IS-10210. If required by the Buyer, Stainless Steel piston rods, Stroke measurement devices, Hanger Stud assembly, Bonnet Covers, Mounting Frames, Stuffing Box, etc. can also be provided.
We have designed, manufactured and supplied Marine Hydraulic Systems to various Shipyards and Infrastructure/Offshore Companies under survey of Classification Societies like Bureau Veritas, Indian Register of Shipping, RINA, LRS, etc. Some of the applications for which we have supplied such systems are for Jack-Up Barges, Hopper Barges, Split Hopper Barges, Spud Barges, Steering Gears, A-Frame Structures, Skylight Gear, Underwater Pipe Laying Equipment, Winches and Capstans, Pile Guide Frames, etc. We have in fact specialised in the design and manufacture of Hydraulic Systems for Jack-Up Barges and Split Hopper Barges and have supplied and installed hydraulic systems for several Jack-Up Barges, with lifting capacities of up to 4000 tons and Split Hopper Barges of up to 1200 cubic meter hopper capacity. These hydraulic cylinders are specially designed for operation in harsh marine environments.
